We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange items in new and unused condition by contacting us within 24 hours of delivery and returning the items back to us within 48 hours.
Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way. If there’s an issue with fitment, a flaw, or a defect, photos may be required to process your request.
Please note: A few exceptions apply. The following items are not eligible for return:

Shipping costs vary depending on the reason for the return. Please review the following carefully:
When the Return Is Not Due to a K47auto Error:
If the return is due to:
Purchasing the wrong product (where the product was correctly described), or
Any other reason that is not the result of a K47auto error
Then both the original shipping charge and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For products that require freight shipping or are shipped out-of-state, the return shipping cost may be substantially higher than standard rates. In some cases, the return shipping may exceed the product’s value. All coordination of freight return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
When the Return Is Due to a K47auto Error:
If we sent the wrong item or there was a defect, damage, or another issue resulting from our mistake, we will cover all shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
