Order Cancellations

We’re happy to help with order cancellations for items that have not yet shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable or non-refundable.

Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We will process your request as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that some products may ship sooner than expected, which may limit our ability to cancel in time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange or Replacement Process:
Once you’ve contacted our team, we will work with you to facilitate a return, exchange, or replacement.

Photos or video documentation of the damage, defect, or incorrect item may be required. This helps us assess the issue and determine the best next steps.

If approved, we will issue a prepaid return label for the defective item.

Upon return, we will inspect the product. In some cases, additional documentation (photos, videos, or third-party assessments) may be required.

Once confirmed to be defective or incorrect at no fault of the customer, we will process your exchange or replacement.

In limited situations, a return may not be necessary. If so, our team will provide alternative instructions (e.g., field destroy or proper disposal).

Returns under this policy must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

If the damage occurred during shipping, we will coordinate a pickup with the shipping courier.

Warranty Claims:

Billing, Refunds & Credits

Payment may be captured immediately once your order is successfully placed.

Refunds for returned products are processed after we receive and inspect the item to ensure it’s in satisfactory condition.

Shipping & Delivery

At K47auto, we work with trusted carriers like Dispatch Ryders, GIG, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS Ground/Air to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. Shipping methods may vary depending on the product type, size, and destination.

General Shipping Information:
In-stock items typically ship the same day or within 1 business day. A tracking number will be emailed once the item has been dispatched.

Shipping timelines may vary based on the item’s physical location, carrier or warehouse access, or external factors such as customs delays, preorders, or economic conditions.

Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., those requiring painting, embroidery, assembly, or modifications) may take significantly longer to ship.

Oversized & Freight Shipments:
Products classified as oversized must ship via truck freight (LTL) and require:

A different process than standard ground or dispatch delivery

If a shipment is refused by the recipient, any reroute or return-to-sender fees will be deducted from the refund.
